·        Term: either the publisher or ati may end this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice. Written notice can be in the form of mail, email or fax. In addition, this agreement will terminate immediately upon any breach of this agreement by the publisher. All legitimate moneys due to publisher at the time of termination will be paid within 60 days. If publisher is deemed by ati, at its sole discretion, to have defrauded the system, then payment shall be cancelled as determined solely by ati.
